Shenzhen Xiangde New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Shenzhen, the science and technology capital of China. It has a rich industry chain and experienced production line workers. We have two flagship products. 1. Development and production of mini handheld fans, desktop fans and other summer products and mini humidifiers. 2. R&D, production and sales of lithium batteries.
1. Regarding fan and humidifier products, we have our own factory, as well as our own mold workshop, design team, quality management, and production system, all of which have reached the leading level in the domestic industry. We regard creating value for customers as our business philosophy and meeting customer needs as our corporate mission. Through independent research and development, we also provide customers with customized OEM, ODM and other services to provide customers with a complete set of proposals to maximize customers’ profits. Services that maximize customer benefits are achieved through our continuous improvement of our industry knowledge and professionalism, team spirit, communication skills, resource integration, etc.
2. Regarding the research and development, production and sales of lithium batteries. We are based on providing each customer with the most competitive and safest battery solutions, and by continuously improving the safety, reliability, practicality and other means of our products to provide customers with the most effective and assured services. Our battery types include high-capacity ultra-thin tablet series, high-end mobile power supply series, high-capacity Bluetooth batteries, high-density high-rate discharge series, energy storage lithium iron phosphate battery packs, electronic cigarette series, etc.
3. We are people-oriented. By accurately understanding the needs of customers, we quickly communicate internally to find the solution that best suits the customer’s requirements and provide it to the customer. If the customer is not satisfied we will continue to find a satisfactory solution for the customer. Of course, these all require the customer’s delivery requirements to come first. Why can I do this? We clearly understand that understanding customer requirements is the first step in serving customers. Finding specific solutions that meet the customer’s requirements is the second step. In order to achieve the above two-step solution, we have the patience to listen to our customers’ requests and act with integrity. Our general manager is young and promising, considerate, and has good industry knowledge and communication skills. Our sales managers also have rich foreign trade experience and have good communication skills and are proficient in English, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.
